Toyota Nepal Announces Winners of the 17th Toyota Dream Car Art Contest

United Traders Syndicate (UTS), the official distributor of Toyota for Nepal, has successfully concluded the 17th Toyota Dream Car Art Contest. The winners were announced amidst a program organized at the VOITH Complex by UTS, where they were honored with awards and certificates.

The Toyota Dream Car Art Contest was held from December 2023 to February 2024. Among approximately 800 participants from across the country, three winners were announced from each entry category. The winners will represent Nepal in the upcoming competition to be held in Japan.

In Category 1, comprising children aged 7 years and above, Ijyan Khan Malik, Erika Adhikari, and Sahitya Airee secured the first, second, and third positions respectively. Similarly, in Category 2, involving children aged 8 to 11 years, Jinisha Jain, Rayy Singh Maharjan, and Aryav Joshi secured the first, second, and third positions respectively. Under Category 3, for children aged 12 to 15 years, Onjala Maharjan, Jinisha Thapa, and Junia Rai secured the first, second, and third positions respectively.

The winners were also rewarded with certificates and gifts from Kitab Kalam, Pneuma, Human Fit Craft, S.R.B Handicraft, Handcraft, Thread Art, and Flower Hub.

Through this competition, children worldwide are provided with an opportunity to express their vision for future mobility by drawing their dream cars. Toyota expects to support the talents of future inventors, thinkers, and dreamers, thus fostering their development. Since 2004, Toyota has been organizing such competitions as part of its social responsibility. Last year alone, approximately 780,000 children from 90 countries participated in similar competitions.
